Saturday Detention Days

Students serve 2 hours and receive credit for 4 hours. April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16, May 23 and June 16

Balloons for Seniors

Do you know any seniors graduating from Naugy this year? Celebrate this special occasion by sending them a Congratulation balloon! The balloon(s) will be delivered to the graduates house before graduation. Help put a smile on a grad's face and surprising them with this unique gift! See the attached order form to build community and school spirit to order your balloons today! Thank you for teaming up with the Naugatuck Golden Glove Club and Naugy Softball Team as we celebrate the Class of 2015!!!

Buy your prom flowers and help yearbook!

Terri's Flower Shop will donate a percentage of all corsage and boutonniere sales to the yearbook fundraiser, so be sure to shop at Terri's!

Class of 2018 Field Trip

The Class of 2018 will be going on a field trip to Brownstone Park on June 8th. The cost is $43 per student which includes transportation and general admission to the park. Students can bring extra money to upgrade to a wakeboard pass and for food. Permission slips and waivers must be handed in no later than May 29th. Students must be obligation free in order to attend the trip. Please see Mrs. Leary or Mrs. Teixeira for more details

Preserving our Histories

Congratulations to all the students involved in the Preserving Our Histories program. Their documentary film, entitled PTSD: Let's Talk About It, won first place on Friday night at the Connecticut Student Film Festival in the "Best Historical Short" category.

Art Show

The annual Naugatuck High School student art show will be on display at the Naugatuck You Services, located at 13 Scott Street. The opening reception will be May 18th from 5-7pm and the art will be up for viewing through June 15th.

UBS Financial Field Trip

Students attending the field trip on Tuesday, May 26th to UBS Financial, the bus will now leave NHS promptly at 6:30am

Naugatuck Youth Services

We are collecting items for Naugatuck Youth Services new Makerspace Program. Bring in broken or working electronic toys, legos, old t-shirts or old canvas paintings. Collections boxes are in the Resource Center

Future Tech Night

Tuesday, June 2, 2015, Mercedes Benz of Fairfield is hosting a Future Tech Night. Interested students need to stop by the Career Center for more information.
